Freshman Retreat Reminder
Parents of students in the Class of 2030, be sure to mark your calendars for the Freshman Retreat, a mandatory gathering that is taking place Sept. 19-20. Freshmen and their parents/guardians must be on campus starting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Parents/guardians should plan to return to campus by 9:45 on Sunday, first for our Family Exchange Activity, and then for Mass, which follows at 11 a.m. The retreat concludes after Mass. More information about the retreat will be sent via email as the date nears.

2026-27 Immersion Trip Program
Brophy’s immersion program has as its goal to cultivate awareness of social justice issues, deepen students' faith, and challenge them to live out the school's motto as “Men for and with others.”  By stepping outside their comfort zones, students gain perspective on human interconnectedness and the lived realities of others, guided by five core values: simplicity, spirituality, service, solidarity, and social justice.

Students who are interested in traveling on an immersion trip this year should keep an eye out for the OFJ Immersions document, which will be emailed to them (and you!) on Monday, Aug. 24.  This document provides a general overview of the immersion program and offers specific information about this year’s offerings, which begin in September with a KBI overnight and wrap up in July 2027 with the Camino Ignaciano.

Please join us in warmly welcoming our practicum students to Brophy. We look forward to the energy, knowledge, and fresh perspectives they will bring.

If you are interested in on-campus counseling services, email me at CFeeney@brophyprep.org and I will connect you with one of our practicum students. If you are looking for off-campus services, I can also assist with referrals.
